Client Engagement Specialist

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our Channel Partners and their clientele to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives, enhance partner interaction, and promote product utilization.

Role Overview

In your capacity as a Client Engagement Specialist, your core responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain strong connections with Channel Partners and their customers. You will oversee and implement marketing projects effectively, ensuring that partners are onboarded efficiently, their requirements are met, and they derive maximum satisfaction from our Marketing Services offerings. Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, reducing client turnover, and enhancing operational productivity.

Your Contributions

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will work in tandem with Channel Partners, local enterprises, and internal teams to:

  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with partners and local businesses, acting as the primary liaison for all Marketing Services offerings.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and provide a superior customer experience.
  • Manage the onboarding process for your portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our offerings through thorough training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Proactively handle client expectations, identifying and resolving potential issues early to prevent attrition, while monitoring account health to ensure fulfillment and engagement tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the client base, driving revenue growth, and enhancing product adoption while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications

You bring strong organizational capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you have a proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.

Essential Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in account management with North American clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing products, including social media platforms, search engine marketing, website development, and online reputation management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in North American English, demonstrating proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically.
  • Technical proficiency with the capacity to quickly adapt to new processes and systems.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and call center operations.
  • Proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and explore innovative approaches.
