Accounting Division Management

ROLE SUMMARY:
Oversee all aspects of project accounting utilizing advanced accounting software.
Ensure meticulous maintenance of all financial, digital, and accounting records for the organization.
Exhibit empathy and urgency in communication through contemporary technology.

The Project Accounting Specialist collaborates with management and administrative staff to guarantee that all projects are accurately costed and adhere to established guidelines.

You will engage in continuous improvement daily while building relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues.
Represent our brand with excellence.
Maintain comprehensive financial, digital, and accounting records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain updated certifications for subcontractors.
Process payroll and manage timesheet entries.
Be organized yet adaptable. Proficient in English.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
