About the Company:
Project Growth is a prominent e-commerce platform tailored for the hospitality sector. Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a dedicated Partner Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for a meticulous self-starter with a background in account management, customer success, or operational roles, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Provide exceptional support and guidance to restaurant and F&B merchant partners in managing their programs.
  • Lifecycle Support: Assist partners throughout their journey post-handoff from the Sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing success.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with Senior Partner Managers to deliver customized and effective service levels to partners, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Customer Support: Utilize customer support platforms to respond to inquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all objectives are met within the designated timelines.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic, small-team environment.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage internal tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

Success Metrics:

  • Support Excellence: Provide seamless support for partners and members.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, reflected in high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Project Management Efficiency: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management, customer success, or a similar role. Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage various projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated: A driven self-starter eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Squarespace, Airtable, or customer support systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and address challenges.
  • Remote Work Skills: Proficient in collaborating effectively in a remote work setting.
