We collaborate with various food and beverage merchants, including restaurants, bakeries, and wine shops, to provide innovative subscription services, memberships, and special packages aimed at enhancing sales opportunities for our partners.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Partner Operations Specialist who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in account management, customer success, or operational roles, particularly those who have a passion for the hospitality and restaurant sectors.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Provide exceptional support and guidance to our restaurant and F&B merchant partners in managing their programs.
  • Lifecycle Support: Assist partners throughout their journey post-handoff from the Sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing success.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with Senior Partner Managers to deliver customized service levels that address the unique needs of each partner.
  • Customer Support: Utilize customer support tools to address inquiries from end customers, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all objectives are met within the designated timelines.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify challenges and implement solutions, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic, small-team environment.
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use internal tools and platforms such as Squarespace, Airtable, and customer support systems.

Success Metrics:

  • Provide seamless support to partners and members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, reflected in high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Efficiently manage projects to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management, customer success, or a similar role. Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivation: A driven self-starter eager to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Squarespace, Airtable, or FreshDesk is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with excellent collaboration skills.
