About the Role

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Account Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and develop strategies to retain their business.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, conversations, and account status.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and track reports to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team, customer success team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new legislation to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, customer retention, or a related field.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to address customer concerns and drive business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales-related IT systems and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
