Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team at Labatt Breweries of Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of customer service, including inbound phone, email, online chat, and outbound follow-up services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while building strong relationships and gathering important information.
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks, including registering contact details and responding to requests.
  • Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in French and English.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong digital literacy, with ability to work with websites, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, ownership mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
