Redden's Camp Ltd. is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Cook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment. Additionally, the candidate will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. The successful candidate will also maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Order supplies and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Strong background in food preparation and cooking
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
