Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative new membership and outreach strategies to engage a wide and diverse membership base.
  • Ensure a consistent and streamlined interface for TAN members, aligning functions, processes, and messaging across all DSM programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external industry partners to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to support the TAN program, including webinars, conferences, seminars, and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with 7+ years of directly related experience in B2B Sales, Customer Strategy, Energy Conservation, or Marketing Strategy.
  • Proven project management skills, with a keen awareness of interrelationships with other stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various functional areas, external vendors, and business partners.
Working Conditions:
  • Traveling, including overnight stays, may be required. A valid Ontario G class driver's license and a responsible driving record are necessary.
