About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 11049402 CANADA INC. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and making recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing opportunities for staff development and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
