About the Role

As a Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in driving store success and empowering your team to achieve their best. You will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
