Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

DAISY MART(ESSO) is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, addressing customer requests, and ensuring prompt resolution of complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Merchandising: Collaborate with the sales team to create visually appealing store displays, promoting sales and driving customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
