About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 11049402 CANADA INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
