  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
    • Send and receive messages in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Document Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
    • Provide general information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
    • Label, file, and retrieve documents in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Locate and remove files requested by clients or team members.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
    • Experience with MS Windows and other office software.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with 33 to 40 hours of work per week.
