Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Foreman to join our team at Brandt Tractor Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Service Team
    • Directly supervise and manage a team of service technicians, service writers, and leadhands
    • Ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our customers
    • Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and inventory
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Previous experience in a service department setting, preferably in the transportation industry
    • Certified Journeyman in the truck and coach equipment trade or equivalent designated trade
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills
