The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving new business growth in the small business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • French language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
