Bilingual Sales Representative

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer communication, providing estimates and pricing, and developing and building relationships with existing accounts. You will also be responsible for upselling existing clients, organizing logistics solutions, and coordinating shipments. This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and excellent time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communication (phone, email)
- Provide estimates and pricing
- Develop and build relationships with existing accounts
- Upsell existing clients
- Organize logistics solutions, and coordinate shipments
Requirements:
- 3+ years Inside Sales /Customer Service experience (building materials, manufacturing or construction industry experience is an asset)
- Fluency in English and French – both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Excellent time-management skills
