Position Overview

As a Food Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Relevant experience in food services management is also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Manage and oversee inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 staff members.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
