We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at PAVANAA PIZZAS INC. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Work SchedulingEstablish work schedules for staff, taking into account the needs of the business and the requirements of the role.
Requirements- Leadership and Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and be able to stand for extended periods and walk as required.
Personal QualitiesBe a client-focused, efficient, and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
