Key Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager:
  1. Oversee the complete job fulfillment process from the sale to the final payment.
  2. Manage all daily operations within the field.
  3. Coordinate the scheduling of crews to optimize productivity.
  4. Develop and execute operational strategies, structures, and processes.
  5. Handle the budgeting process related to field operations and gross profit management.
  6. Evaluate performance metrics to identify efficiency challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of field operations.
  8. Facilitate support for field operations across the organization.
  9. Conduct interviews, hiring, training, and mentoring for field management personnel.
  10. Manage client relations, addressing complaints, online feedback, and conducting regular follow-ups.
  11. Provide consistent performance reports to the executive leadership team.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak operational periods. The nature of this business demands resilience and a straightforward approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven leadership experience with a solid understanding of management practices.
  2. Demonstrated skills in project and budget management.
  3. Strong business insight with a comprehensive grasp of fundamental business principles.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Capability to establish strategic direction and drive process enhancements.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and consensus in high-pressure situations.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  2. Preferred: MBA, MAC, or equivalent advanced degree.
  3. 5-10 years of supervisory experience in operations or a related field.
  4. Experience managing multiple teams.
  5. Essential: Previous P&L responsibility and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and performance, with potential incentives to exceed $100,000. Eligible for a medical benefits plan after a designated trial period.
