Position Overview

FieldCore is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about engineering to become part of our Field Engineering Program and Technical Field team.

Role Responsibilities

Upon joining, you will be enrolled in FieldCore's Field Engineering Program (FEP), where you will cultivate technical expertise, lean methodologies, and leadership capabilities. This program offers a unique blend of in-person and online training, alongside mentorship from seasoned Technical Field Advisors. You will gain practical experience and advance your career while traveling to various locations to support energy needs.

After successfully completing the Field Engineering Program, you will qualify for a Technical Field Advisor role, focusing on Gas Turbines. In this capacity, you will oversee site operations, including planning, organizing, and integrating resources such as labor and technical support. You will be responsible for decision-making, applying complex concepts, and resolving issues at customer facilities.

Key Contributions

  1. Maintain a robust safety culture to ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety standards.
  2. Coordinate and oversee activities related to Heavy Duty Gas operations.
  3. Lead on-site systems management, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration.
  4. Respond to urgent repair requests for malfunctioning equipment.
  5. Provide technical guidance and uphold company standards for operation and maintenance.
  6. Prepare detailed technical reports and job status updates for customer records.
  7. Enhance customer satisfaction through a commitment to quality service.
  8. Conduct site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
  9. Direct aftermarket upgrades at the site level.

Travel and Availability

This role requires extensive travel for project assignments and fieldwork, including the potential for weekend and holiday work.

Qualifications for Success

Fluency in English is essential, along with a strong technical background and a passion for engineering. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A strong sense of ownership and work ethic.
  • A willingness to learn and tackle challenges.
  • A positive attitude and effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

A formal education in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's degree) is advantageous, but we value your overall experience and achievements.
