Senior Construction Field Manager (Complex MEP systems)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of health and safety throughout construction activities.
  • Offer constructability insights during the design phase, formulate project execution strategies, and effectively tackle technical challenges on-site in a cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, client engagement, procurement processes, quality standards, and overall execution.
  • Manage changes and scope adjustments, maintaining a balance between costs, timelines, and personnel.
  • Encourage collaboration, integrity, and transparent communication with clients and subcontractors, fostering a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of experience in construction with a proven track record of leadership in project execution.
  • Expertise in mechanical and electrical construction, with familiarity working alongside Ontario authorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong negotiation abilities in English.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset, resilience, and determination.
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
