Key Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager:
  1. Oversee the complete job lifecycle from sale to final payment.
  2. Manage daily field operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  3. Coordinate scheduling for crews to optimize team performance.
  4. Develop and execute operational strategies, structures, and processes.
  5. Administer the budgeting process related to field operations and profitability.
  6. Evaluate performance metrics to identify and address efficiency challenges.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of field operations.
  8. Facilitate support for field operations across the organization.
  9. Conduct interviews, hiring, training, and mentoring for field personnel.
  10. Handle client relations, including addressing complaints and managing online feedback.
  11. Provide ongoing performance reports to the executive leadership team.

This role requires flexibility, as it may involve working evenings and weekends, especially during peak seasons. The position demands resilience and a straightforward approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven leadership experience with a solid understanding of management principles.
  2. Demonstrated ability in project and budget management.
  3. Strong business insight with a grasp of essential business concepts.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  5. Capability to define strategic direction and drive process enhancements.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration in high-pressure situations.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  2. Preferred MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  3. 5-10 years of supervisory experience in operations or a related field.
  4. Experience managing multiple teams.
  5. Prior responsibility for profit and loss management is essential.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and performance, along with incentives that can elevate total earnings to $100,000 or more. Eligible for medical benefits after a trial period.
