  15. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high availability and reliability.
  16. Lead incident response initiatives and conduct post-mortem analyses for production issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in cloud services and data integration.
  3. Strong familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  3. Experience in a retail environment or large enterprise settings.
  4. Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
