As a Territory Sales Specialist with Rogers, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the Greater Toronto Area. What You'll Do:
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers and clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act on provided leads and spark new residential sales in your territory, selling a range of products including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and more.
  • Represent Rogers with pride, both in the field and at special events, to build strong connections within the community.
  • Share your insights on market trends to help us fine-tune our sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Build friendly and professional relationships with customers and/or clients and property managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals.
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
