Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Client Connections: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Marketing: Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales in your territory by selling a range of products, including wireless, cable, high-speed internet, and home phone services.
  • Face of Rogers: Represent Rogers with pride, both in the field and at special events, to build strong connections with customers and promote our brand.
  • Market Insights: Share your knowledge of market trends to help us refine our sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Connection: Build friendly and professional relationships with customers and/or clients and property managers to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What You'll Bring:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals.
  • Motivation and Interpersonal Skills: High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
  • Reliability and Safety: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to ensure safe and efficient travel.
