Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager, under the direction of the Executive Vice President, is primarily responsible for driving overall sales performance and total gross margin dollars. Jointly responsible with the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives for growth and development of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve gross margin dollars.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
