Job Overview

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales revenue through effective territory management and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
