Position Overview:
As a Lead Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in our Cost Consulting and Project Management team. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complexities of public-private partnership (P3) projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Delivery Expertise:** Leverage your extensive knowledge in project management to oversee all phases of P3 projects, from initial planning to financial closure and final completion. Your focus will be on major infrastructure developments such as bridges, highways, and rail systems.
2. **Technical Advisory:** Provide critical assessments and recommendations for technical solutions on assigned P3 projects, ensuring that all engineering and environmental aspects are thoroughly reviewed.
3. **Client Coordination:** Act as the primary liaison for both public and private sector clients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
4. **Risk Management:** Identify and analyze potential risks associated with project delivery, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
5. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, engineering teams, and private landowners, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects with a strong understanding of P3 contracts.
- Excellent financial acumen and risk analysis capabilities.
