At Lake Louise Inn, we are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our culinary team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards. Additionally, you will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. You will also maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

* Clean kitchen and work areas
