About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lake Louise Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and running smoothly.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes.

Language

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
