About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anton Dharmaseelan Mortgage Agent. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database, including client information and transaction details.
  • Research: Conduct research to support the team's efforts, including gathering information and analyzing data.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, including sales reports and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team, including coordinating meetings and events, and managing travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.
