Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in our Enterprise Solutions Oracle group at KPMG-Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Deliver high-quality engagements under the guidance of senior leadership, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
  • Oracle Cloud Expertise: Implement and support HCM and Recruiting modules in Oracle Cloud, leveraging your expertise to drive business value.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for Oracle Cloud HCM and Recruiting, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Project Management: Conduct requirement gathering workshops, manage user testing and training workshops, and collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure solutions to meet client needs, utilizing your technical expertise and business acumen.
  • Methodology Expertise: Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead projects and teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience in managing teams and Oracle HCM and Recruiting roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements, experience with integrations, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
