About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Enterprise Solutions team as a Manager in the Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice at KPMG-Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-profile engagements under senior leadership direction, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Implement and support finance modules in Oracle Cloud as the Functional Lead, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud Finance, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, manage and run pilots, drive user testing and training workshops to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and implement solutions for business-led technology transformations, leveraging Oracle Cloud Finance capabilities to drive business value.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Undertake or manage configurations, data conversions, integrations, security, and other technical aspects of Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
  • Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead projects or streams, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams or in Oracle finance roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Finance Cloud ERP modules, with a strong understanding of finance processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and individuals, with solid organizational skills and the capability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to maintaining data security and privacy.
  • Fluency in English required.
