Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industry Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our ERP solutions in North America. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Oracle's ERP solutions to prospective and existing clients, providing expert guidance on how to optimize their business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and LOB executives, to ensure that Oracle's ERP solutions are aligned with their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle's ERP solutions and competitors, with the ability to articulate the value proposition and differentiate Oracle's offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
