We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Administrator to join our team in Halifax, NS. As an Insurance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Personal Lines Advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and respond to queries from various departments
- Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed
- Prepare required insurance packages for clients
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the department
- Strong communicator and team player
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests
- High school diploma
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint
