Insurance Administrator Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Administrator to join our team in Halifax, NS. As an Insurance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Personal Lines Advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and respond to queries from various departments
  • Work with Advisors to review renewals for missing coverage and/or discounts and daily reports to flag actions as needed
  • Prepare required insurance packages for clients
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the department
Requirements:
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests
  • High school diploma
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams and Sharepoint
