Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team at JIACHENG TRAVEL SERVICE INC.. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Type and proofread various correspondence, forms, and documents to maintain accuracy.
  • Communication: Handle incoming telephone and electronic inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Application Processing: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents.
  • Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
  • Message Coordination: Send and receive messages efficiently.
  • Financial Tasks: Prepare invoices and bank deposits as required.
  • Client Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Document Preparation: Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Research Activities: Conduct research to support various administrative functions.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Filing System: Organize and file materials in the storage area for easy retrieval.
  • Document Organization: Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Working Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
