Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team at JIACHENG TRAVEL SERVICE INC.. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Type and proofread various correspondence, forms, and documents to maintain accuracy.
- Communication: Handle incoming telephone and electronic inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Application Processing: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents.
- Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
- Message Coordination: Send and receive messages efficiently.
- Financial Tasks: Prepare invoices and bank deposits as required.
- Client Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Document Preparation: Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Research Activities: Conduct research to support various administrative functions.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Filing System: Organize and file materials in the storage area for easy retrieval.
- Document Organization: Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Working Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
