Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and well-organized Office Coordinator/Administrative Support professional to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding client assistance and manage various administrative responsibilities to facilitate the efficient functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to and route incoming phone calls
- Carry out clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Oversee office supplies inventory and initiate orders as required
- Assist with data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
- Provide support to the team with administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
- Exceptional customer service abilities with proficient phone manners
- Capability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for reviewing documents and communications
- Familiarity with data entry protocols and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to maintain office operations efficiently
