About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2726784 Ontario Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising 1 to 2 people and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to work and other business-related locations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
