About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Premier Cleaning Advantages incorporated. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of office projects, including data collection, report preparation, and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
