About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 401 Transport Connections. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
