Job Summary:

Metro Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front End team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Customer service driven with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
