Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at BMW Aurora. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage telephone communications and reception duties, ensuring accurate message recording and information dissemination.
  • Welcome and assist customers visiting our showroom, inquiring about their visit purpose and providing a positive experience.
  • Process vehicle licensing and administration tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in dealer trade, prepare information for pick-up, and collect receipts/payments.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor, with the ability to accurately record messages and information.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, with a pleasant and friendly manner.
  • Display organizational ability and attention to detail, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Remain calm and focused under all circumstances, delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Hold a minimum of two years of reception experience, or equivalent.
  • Dealership experience is preferred, as is One-Eighty or customer relationship management system experience.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
  • Licensing experience is required.
