Job Summary

The Food Service Worker/Server is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Provide clear directions and respond to employees in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Certificate, Vulnerable Sector Check, Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine, Tuberculosis Test
  • Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with co-workers and other departments
  • Basic food-handling skills and willingness to learn and grow
Working Conditions

The Food Service Worker/Server will work in a controlled, temperate environment, with varying schedules to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
