About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 112792 Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
