IPAC Bachelor Factory is a well-established company in the automotive industry with a strong international presence. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Missions Officer.
Responsibilities- Contribute to recruitment processes for interns and apprentices
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Support the management of temporary workers
- Aid in training administration tasks
- Create monthly communication updates
- Assist in improving workplace well-being
- Prepare for audits
- Participate in social policy initiatives
- Facilitate monthly improvement meetings
This position requires a candidate who is currently pursuing studies in Human Resources. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills, a keen sense of listening, and proficiency in Google Drive are essential.
