{"Job Title": "Security Console Operator", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled Security Console Operator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Console Operator, you will be responsible for dispatching alarm and occurrence responses, coordinating scheduling changes, and documenting all information into comprehensive reports. You will also be required to escalate situations to stakeholders as needed and ensure necessary procedures are followed in the event of emergencies. Additionally, you will liaise with local emergency services and client personnel, provide briefings to management, supervisors, and staff as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Dispatching alarm and occurrence responses
* Coordinating scheduling changes, book-offs, etc.
* Documenting all information into comprehensive reports
* Escalating situations to stakeholders as required
* Ensuring necessary procedures are followed in the event of emergencies
* Liaising with local emergency services and client personnel
* Providing briefings to management, supervisors, and staff as required
* Patrolling
* Other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Experience in a control room with CCTV and access card systems
* Valid security license for the province of Ontario
* Valid WSIB-approved First Aid Certificate Level C

**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:**

* Functional ability with the Windows operating system and Windows Office software such as Excel and Word
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Familiarity with Tracktik is considered an asset
* Superior customer service and professionalism
* Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written; French is considered a strong asset
* Ability to function independently and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
* Previous operations centre experience would be considered an asset

This job reports to the Site Manager.

This is a full-time position with a variety of shifts available, including first shift, second shift, third shift, weekends, and summers.
