Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional service and protection to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Security Console Operator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarm and occurrence responses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling changes, book-offs, and other administrative tasks.
  • Document all information into comprehensive reports.
  • Escalate situations to stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure necessary procedures are followed in the event of emergencies.
  • Liaise with local emergency services and client personnel.
  • Provide briefings to management, supervisors, and staff as required.
  • Patrol designated areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a control room with CCTV and access card systems.
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario.
  • Valid WSIB-approved First Aid Certificate Level C.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Functional ability with the Windows operating system and Windows Office software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with Tracktik is considered an asset.
  • Superior customer service and professionalism.
  • Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written; French is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to function independently and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous Operations Centre experience is considered an asset.
