About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Castle Clean Home Services Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our services.
  • Document Management: Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
