About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. as a New Business Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in Canada and the US
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
  • Qualify and close new sales, focusing on long-term agreements
  • Assist clients through the sales process, addressing concerns and overcoming objections
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging performance marketing trends
  • Provide accurate revenue projections and sales forecasts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B digital/online marketing sales
  • Proactive, flexible, and sales-driven with a strong team player mentality
  • Ability to communicate complex marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating, and closing skills
