- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an Engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment
- Experience with Electric Motors and Industrial Sales is desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
